History

Our company was founded by Monte Curran as PDS Development in 1995. He organized a select band of mechanical designers and developers to support a local group of manufacturers in the North Texas region. Over the next decade, Mr. Curran and a growing number of professionals banded together to position the company as an established, award-winning product development organization serving over a hundred clients nationwide.

Today, the company is known as Point Innovation, Inc. The identity represents the company’s expanded product development services from research to manufacturing while supporting a company wide commitment to ‘lean’ and ‘collaborative’ design principles. In addition to the company’s growing core-competencies, the company has adopted an ‘external’ viewpoint, allowing the company to operate in multiple geographic locations in both the United States and China.
