Process
Phase 1: Identify
We begin with our BTU Analysis. This leads to an effective and efficient understanding of the opportunity space for a new product offering and its potential market acceptance.
Armed with new insights, the team converts the findings into new product ideas. User observational research is then used to filter which idea(s) are most appropriate for advancement. A product specification concludes the phase. This is comprised of a concept description accompanied with a proposed architectural layout of components and their arrangements.
