Phase 2: Innovate

Product sketches, models and renderings are developed to showcase the design advancement. Control layouts are produced to represent the selected product direction.

A detailed 3-dimensional database is constructed of the product in its entirety. From this database, rapid prototypes are generated to create a physical representation of the product solution. Product documentation accompanies the database to describe the critical details the tooling vendor requires to properly create the necessary parts of the product.
